About Mohare Danda
Mohare Danda (3,300m) is a community-managed trek in the Annapurna region that offers one of the best panoramic Himalayan views for a relatively short and easy trek. The viewpoint provides a stunning 180-degree panorama stretching from Dhaulagiri to Annapurna and Machapuchare. The community-run lodges along the trail directly benefit local villages. The trek passes through beautiful forests of rhododendron, oak, and bamboo, with excellent birdwatching opportunities. It's an ideal alternative for trekkers who want Himalayan views without the crowds of Poon Hill.
