Sarangkot is Pokhara's premier viewpoint and one of the most popular sunrise spots in Nepal. Perched at 1,592m above the lakeside city, Sarangkot offers a spectacular 180-degree panorama of the Annapurna range, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, and Machapuchare (Fishtail). The village is also the primary launch site for paragliding in Pokhara, with tandem flights soaring over Phewa Lake with the Himalayas as backdrop.
