Momo Recipe
Pan-fried dumplings - crispy on bottom, soft on top
Ingredients
- - Use any momo recipe for dough and filling
- - 3 tablespoons oil for pan-frying
- - 1/4 cup water for steaming
Instructions

1Prepare momos using your preferred filling recipe.

2Heat oil in a flat non-stick pan over medium heat.

3Place momos in the pan, flat side down, leaving space between each.

4Fry until bottoms are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.

5Add water to the pan and immediately cover with a lid.

6Steam for 8-10 minutes until tops are cooked through.

7Remove lid and let any remaining water evaporate.

8Serve crispy side up with tomato achar.
